STR Success Accelerator – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the STR Success Accelerator Mentoring and Mastermind Program (the “Program”) offered by STR Global Enterprises, LLC (“Company”), you (“Member”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or participating in the Program.

1. Purpose & Community Guidelines

The STR Success Accelerator is designed to foster a community of trust, support, and collaboration. By participating, you agree to uphold a respectful and supportive environment where all Members can grow and succeed together.

2. Non-Solicitation Policy

You agree not to solicit, promote, or advertise any products, services, coaching programs, or business opportunities—yours or someone else’s—to other Members unless you have received prior written consent from the Company.

Additionally, collecting or using other Members’ contact information for unsolicited outreach, marketing, or spam is strictly prohibited.

3. Disclaimers

The Company makes no guarantees about specific business results or financial outcomes. Your success in the Program depends on your commitment, participation, and personal effort.

All content shared in the Program—live or recorded—is informational only and should not be considered legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

4. Intellectual Property

All Program materials—including templates, videos, documents, spreadsheets, coaching session content, and more—are the exclusive property of STR Global Enterprises, LLC.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, share, or sell Program content.

  • Post Program materials on social media, websites, or public forums.

  • Create derivative products (such as your own course or coaching program) based on Program content.

  • Modify or rebrand any content without written permission.

Violations will result in termination from the Program and may lead to legal action and financial penalties.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

You will gain access to proprietary tools, strategies, templates, scripts, and business systems that are confidential in nature.

You agree not to share these materials outside your own business. This includes distributing templates, recording content, or sharing login access with others.

6. Payment Terms

  • Standard Program Fee: $5,964

  • Term: 12-month access

  • Renewal Options: $999 annually or $99/month

You agree to pay all fees as outlined and not to dispute authorized charges through your bank or credit card company. If charges are disputed without cause, you consent to the Company initiating debt collection and/or legal action.

7. Default & Consequences

You will be considered in default if one or more scheduled payments fail to process. If in default, the Company may:

  • Suspend or terminate your Program access.

  • Send your account to collections and/or report to credit bureaus.

  • Take legal action to recover unpaid balances and applicable fees.

8. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit a written refund request within 30 days of your original  purchase.

  • Provide detailed reasons for dissatisfaction.

  • Complete all program modules and activities

  • Attend at least one group coaching call each week during that 30-day window.

Refunds will not be granted if you:

  • Fail to request a refund in writing within 30 days.

  • Do not complete the modules and activities as outlined.

  • Violate any part of these Terms & Conditions.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

9. Media Release

By participating in the Program, you grant the Company permission to use your image, likeness, and testimonials (excluding any Confidential Information) for marketing purposes, including but not limited to emails, websites, brochures, and social media.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Warranties & Representations

By enrolling, you confirm that:

  • You have the authority to enter this Agreement.

  • You are not under any legal or contractual obligations that would prevent you from participating.

  • You understand the Company cannot guarantee results and that your participation is voluntary.

By completing your purchase or signing up for the STR Success Accelerator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
