A few weeks ago, I had the incredible opportunity to speak at the STR Hospitality Summit—an event that brought together short-term rental hosts from around the world who are deeply passionate about creating more meaningful guest experiences. A hospitable mindset means shifting the way you think about short-term rental hosting. It’s moving from checking boxes to creating impact. From reacting to choosing intention. From managing properties to leading with presence.

3. Responding Effectively: Choosing Intention Over Reaction in Your Short-Term Rental Business
